Low blood pressure is more dangerous than High. You need to increase intake of water, increase dietary salt intake and exercise regularly. More than 120 over 80 and less than 140 over 90 (120/80-140/90): you have a normal blood pressure reading but it is a little higher than it should be, and you should try to lower it. Make healthy changes to your lifestyle.

Reduce salt intake,
take fresh food,
green vegetables, fresh fruits,
warm water for drinking,
take dinner in half quantity of lunch, early in the evening,
daily morning walk for 45 minutes,
regular yoga ,pranayam, exercise,
avoid salty, spicy,fast food,
avoid overeating,
avoid late night works,
avoid excessive sexual activity,
avoid smoking, tobacco,alcohol, avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks.
