As per your height you are underweight as your ideal weight for 5 feet 6 inches should be around 60 Kg.
Incase you still wish to lose weight,
Follow the following diet Chart:
Morning:
6AM: Brisk walk for 45 min.
Morning tea with 1 Marie biscuit
Breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes,5 almonds
: Club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber,ketchup or chutney
(No Butter or Mayonnaise)
