You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

firstly I would prescribe you one Ayurvedic medicine called "Triphla". Triphla is considered as a God's gift to us. Triphla is made up of 3 fruits - Amla (Indian Gooseberry), Haritaki (Harad), Bibhitaki (Baheda). It's easily available in market (Ayurveda stores). in order to reduce thigh and hips, u need to do stretching exercises, planks, squats and yoga aasans along with brisk walking.
avoid fried foods, sweets and carbonated beverages.
include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like cabbage, onion, carrots, cucumbers, kakri; fruits like watermelon, guava, papaya.
drink plenty of water.
