My most of the time is spent studying nd sitting on the bed nd becoz of this I have gained fat in thighs as well as in stomach. What should I do to reduce my belly and thigh area?

Hello lybrate-user! you need to do stomachand thighs exercise to reduce fat .and should also do walking for atleast 20 minutes. Thank you.
