hello in order to reduce thigh and hips, u need to do stretching exercises, planks, squats and yoga aasans along with brisk walking. avoid fried foods, sweets and carbonated beverages. include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like cabbage, onion, carrots, cucumbers, kakri; fruits like watermelon, guava, papaya. drink plenty of water. thank you
