2. Take small and frequent 5-6 meals a day.
3. Drink plenty of fluids.
4. Avoid fried foods.
5. Eat more of fruits and vegetables.
6. Regular exercise and brisk walk.
7. Sound sleep and rest.
8. Avoid refined cereals like maida, rice etc.
