Fat cannot be reduced selective from the body. Overall body fat should be brought down. There are some machine procedures for spot reduction and body shaping which are not natural. Better reduce consuming fat-producing foods like processed carbs and fats. Increase consuming natural protein and vitamins sources. Do a mix of cardio and strength exercises.
