I want some tough exercise to loose belly fat, thigh fat arm fat. As I am following and learning from net but no proper exercise I can get. So need little tough exercise.

To burn excess fat you need to avoid processed & packed food that comes in ready to eat form. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and nuts every day. Go low on milk products and sweet food. Do 30 mins of cardio and bodyweight exercises daily. All the best.
