Yes there are many ayurvedic medicines to increase haemoglobin. Punarnava mandur 1 tab two times a day. Take this medicine for 2 months regularly & repeat the haemoglobin test. You can improve your diet - Spinach, beetroot, Pomegranate, dates etc. Or visit nearby Ayurvedic Physician.

- You can increase your hemoglobin by consuming iron & folate rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, fruits such as apple, guava, banana, citrus fruits ( important for proper absorption of iron from food), beans, lentils, pulses, figs, eggs, non veg especially liver, dates, dried fruits, jaggery & fortified foods such as cereals
