For improving haemoglobin values, need to includes lots of Iron rich foods like spinach, pomegranate, Jaggery, Dates and anjeer Along with Iron rich food, include Vitamin C rich food like lemon drops, orange juice in diet to improve iron absorption Fish oil is another good food that you can eat to increase your blood count. Salmon is the best fish for increasing hemoglobin content. Thanks

Well, you can add some iron based food, the big source of iron is Goat liver. If you are non vegetarian so you can take 100 gms goat liver, for 15 days.

What is range of your haemoglibin is important. To increase it diet can help. Like green leafy vegetables specially spinach, beetroot,tomatoes fruits like apple, pomegranate, oranges are helpful.
