For improving haemoglobin values, need to includes lots of Iron rich foods like spinach, pomegranate, Jaggery, Dates and anjeer Along with Iron rich food, include Vitamin C rich food like lemon drops, orange juice in diet to improve iron absorption Fish oil is another good food that you can eat to increase your blood count. Salmon is the best fish for increasing hemoglobin content. Thanks

What is range of your haemoglibin is important. To increase it diet can help. Like green leafy vegetables specially spinach, beetroot,tomatoes fruits like apple, pomegranate, oranges are helpful. If you are non vegetarian then include whole egg in your diet, chicken liver is helpful. Dates are also helpfull for incresing hb.

Hello you can increase your hb by taking food rich in iron I am giving you example of iron containing food high iron foods include sunflower seeds, nuts, beans, whole grains, dark leafy greens (spinach), tofu. Soybeans (49%), lentils (37%), kidney beans (29%), oatmeal, barley, rice, bulgur (10%), buckwheat (7%), and millet (6%) nuts (cashew, pine, hazelnut, peanut, almond)
