Excess fat deposit on foot area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water.
2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
3. Do this daily for at least three months.

Diet plan Drink 1 litter of warm water with 1/3rd tea spoon mineral salt before fresh Before Breakfast Option no. 1 – Take any three vegetables and any one fruit cut into small pieces. Add two tea spoon malli or olive oil.
Option no. 2 – shock one tea spoon Chia seeds in 100 ml water and live for 10 mints. Then add 200 ml curd, add one scoop lipolyzer powder.
