Hello, Right diet and exercise works on the overall body fat. Fat takes time to get rid off from the body. The slower it is, the better it is. Do some core exercises and nothing like Surya namaskar. Have full control over your diet and eat healthy.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

You can follow a few tips to reduce belly and thigh fat.
Eat less sugar.
Eat healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy.
Avoid white carbs like white bread, maida, biscuits, polished white rice.
Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily.

Yes, regular exercise will effect on lowering fat.
With exercise follow -
take warm water for drinking, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, take dinner in half quantity of lunch & early in the evening, do regular exercise, avoid overeating, sleeping immediately after taking food, oily,spicy, fatty ,fast food, avoid late night work, avoid excessive seating for long duration, avoid junk food.
