When you do not understand and enjoy what you study, you get bored of it and hence feel sleepy. Try to learn things in a simplified way. Divide your study in related parts, correlate whenever you study with what you studies earlier.

What you are facing is nothing but exam related tension, which is quite common.
ADVICE:
There is no pill for this but you can follow these tips which can be helpful:
•Drink lots of water. At night, as you study, keep water at hand and sip it regularly.
•Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away. But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you.

Please follow the tips below to feel better:
Wear anti-glare spectacles while using a computer.
Practice the 20/20/20 exercise. Every 20 minutes, focus/look at an object that's at least 20 feet away, for 20 seconds.
Blink often when you are watching TV or working on your computer.
