Dear user looking at your job which might involve sitting for long hours and bad posture iâm suspecting cervical spondylosis. My suggestion would be to use a cervical pillow to sleep. Maintain good posture by using lumbar support and orthopaedic cushions for sitting. Also the pain can be reduced by physiotherapy. 1.restricted -onion ,garlic, pulses,milk and milk products, bakery,processed and packaged food, oil,white salt, wheat,non veg. Eggs.
2.eat plenty of fruits, salad and vegetables, coconut water and lemon water
3.cook food in little bit in ghee
4.keep hydration 5.do yoga and nadi shodhan daily and bare foot walking on grass.
6.use rock salt and milltes

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). I don't think it will give you cancer. The amount of radiation received and getting chance of malignancy if really low for 3 ct scans. That too after 5 years gap.
