Take dalia in morning, salaad, low fat lassi, whole grain foods. Green veg.
Take 7 to 8 glass of water in a day.

In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause. Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Hello. You need to be regular with the bpmedications. If regular and still bp not under control, need to revise your prescription. Having alcohol in limited amount is good, but not in excess. Do follow proper diet and exercise regime. You need to follow dash diet i. E. Diet with nuts, vegetables, fresh fruits, more of fibre, clacium, protien. Less of carbs. Less of saturated and trans fats. Include omega 3 containing foods.
