Hi Tanmoy.
It is common to get heel pain but as you said its severe, i would like to suggest you to wear Heel gel pad which can be easily available to any surgical shops, use it in day time.
If possible take ultrasound therapy for a week, this reduces the severe pain to mild. Also change your foot wear use soft or medicated ortho slippers.
