Respected Lybrate user. Your problem is present not only in cheppals / high heels. But it raised in your joints, muscles weakness. Poor posture. Poor nutritional status. Obesity. So please consult orthopaedic doctor at your area and take treatment and suggestions for your problem. Physical therapy also required.
