Respected Lybrate user. Your problem is present not only in cheppals / high heels. But it raised in your joints, muscles weakness. Poor posture. Poor nutritional status. Obesity. Have you got serum uric acid levels checked if not please get it done. You may also need to get an mri done to find out about retrocalcaneal bursitis which is a common complaint leading to ankle and heel pain.
