You are normal. Heart rate goes up when you play/exercise and it comes down slowly after that. It may take many hours after that to come to normal. So just relax, you are perfectly fine.

Hello, I am sorry to say the cardiologist is wrong and a heart patient can have peanuts. Peanuts should be taken in prescribed quantity and unsalted. Infact, peanuts help in improving good HDL and are high proteins. Please don't follow doctors advice blindly, a dietitian is the best person to advice.

Glad to hear that you are concerned about your Granny's health. The complaints of passing black stools suggests that she is having bleeding from the stomach or upper intestine; unless she is taking oral iron tablets. Given the history that she is taking ecosprin and clopidogrel, which are blood thinners and prone to cause stomach ulcers, it is a high possibility. You must get her evaluated as early as possible. Regards. Take Care.

No. Fennel seeds aid in preventing and reducing hair loss, strengthening the hair shaft, preventing hair damage and sealing moisture into the hair follicles.

Hello, Brisk walking provides good power and endurance to the heart, which help in increasing blood circulation and thus increase the oxygen carrying capacity of the heart.
However ,it is not advisable to follow this regime if a person had some troubles with the heart. Otherwise it is very safe and result oriented.

What is right for your son may not be right for you. One can definitely use butter un diet but like any fat, it has its effect. So moderation with fats is always good. Fat is a good source of energy but it also has a tendency to clog your arteries if moderation is not exercised.
