It is called post herpetic syndrome ,pain &burning sensation will gradually disappear in a year or two but it will disappear, you may take B12 in high dose at least for a year(tab neurokind forte one tab daily)& use analgesics tab if unbearable pain ,you may also lubricating eye drops ( genteal eye drops) 3-4 times regularly I will not advise you to go for botox, there is no chance of glaucoma in post herpetic neuralgia with regards

A. It usually takes 1 month for surgery to start working
B. Let's wait till all post operative medicines are stopped including steroids. Then only we will get more clear picture
C. If pressure is still high. We may inject 5FU in subconjunctival space
D. Last option would be to restart antiglaucoma medicines.

b. She can use some lubricating eyedrop like flogel etc.
C. Folow up for glaucoma is dependent on response of medicines, severity of glaucoma etc. Follow your doctors instructions.

for glaucoma, laser is done in some specific cases. It is known as iridotomy.
Treatment of glaucoma depends on type of glaucoma, severity etc.
