My father is 62 years and suffering from diabetics for last 20 years and now due to uncontrolled diabetics me father suffering from diabetic retinopathy and this one eye is get affected from glaucoma and unable to see from that eye is there any cure for this problem and precaution.

Hello, First and foremost is blood glucose should be strictly controlled, then only all the long term complications can either be prevented or postponed. Uncontrolled diabetes is a very dangerous condition. If glaucoma has already affected the vision, then there is hardly any remedy for that. But if other eye has to be maintained in good health, then strict control is essential. Fasting glucose should be closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg HbA1c% <7. Please see that these levels are achieved. With that neuropathy symptoms can be controlled. Plus specific treatment for that may be needed.
