Hello, First and foremost is blood glucose should be strictly controlled, then only all the long term complications can either be prevented or postponed. Uncontrolled diabetes is a very dangerous condition. If glaucoma has already affected the vision, then there is hardly any remedy for that. But if other eye has to be maintained in good health, then strict control is essential. Fasting glucose should be closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg HbA1c% <7. Please see that these levels are achieved. With that neuropathy symptoms can be controlled. Plus specific treatment for that may be needed.
