Hye.
Thank you for your query.
It's always better to have a whole fruit rather than the juice.
Juicing can reduce the nutritional value of the fruit and reduce the fiber content, also a glass of juice is higher in calories and have the ability to spike your blood sugar levels.
Although juices can be an option after an intense work like a long walk, feeling low in energy esp in summers or even a workout.
All fruits are healthy. When eaten at the right time in the right amount ...more

Most fruits have a low glycemic index (gi) because of their fructose and fiber content. Melons and pineapple have medium gi values as do some dried fruits such as dates, raisins, and sweetened cranberries. So avoid all these and eat all other fruits.

Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit. However, whole fruits and vegetables also have healthy fiber, which is lost during most juicing.

Hello, good question. There is no fruit to avoid as every fruit is unique in its own flavonoids, anti oxidants and vitamins content. Point to be noted is eat sugar rich fruits like banana, mango, chikoo, pine apple, custard apple when you are on empty stomach and before sunset. Best to include in breakfast with good protein. If you are allergic to any fruit avoid it. Seasonal fruits are all good as they possess highest quality of nutrients in the season they grow. So grab the opportunity to eat ...more

Fruits intake is good than juices, as a whole fruit, you will get wjole ingredients, nutritional values completely,& mostly with fibre, but whereas in juice form, it will be diluted& as its filtered or added with sugar, the nutrient values will eb decreased& sugar is not good. If you can not take fruit as it is, & like to take juice form, then, better to dilute less&add honey instead of sgar. Is good.

More details of your health background would have been helpful. Drinking fruit juice will be better when you need immediate replenishment in hunger etc or in a diabetic under treatment and having low sugar. Otherwise as healthy fibre rich food with wholesome contents. Eating fruit directly is more healthy
