It's always better to have a whole fruit rather than the juice.
Juicing can reduce the nutritional value of the fruit and reduce the fiber content, also a glass of juice is higher in calories and have the ability to spike your blood sugar levels.
Although juices can be an option after an intense work like a long walk, feeling low in energy esp in summers or even a workout.
All fruits are healthy. When eaten at the right time in the right amount all fruits a good. Always go for seasonal and local fruits. So a mango is best in summer. Trying to get mangoes in winter is not going to benefit at all or getting kiwis which are not our local fruit will also not benefit much. Plus non seasonal fruits are also injected with hormones to ripen them off season and preservatives added to increase shelf life.
