For this season what are the fruits that are beneficial and which fruits to avoid.Please tell.

Hello, good question. There is no fruit to avoid as every fruit is unique in its own flavonoids, anti oxidants and vitamins content. Point to be noted is eat sugar rich fruits like banana, mango, chikoo, pine apple, custard apple when you are on empty stomach and before sunset. Best to include in breakfast with good protein. If you are allergic to any fruit avoid it. Seasonal fruits are all good as they possess highest quality of nutrients in the season they grow. So grab the opportunity to eat all varieties of fruits that are available. But limit the quantity to 2 per day. Hope this helps you.
