Yes ear pain can happen because of wisdom tooth but it's not necessary. Given your history of wisdom tooth pain, it is possible. Yes you can & you should definitely remove your wisdom tooth if it's giving you problem. There will some post operative pain & discomfort for few days after which you will be fine.

You can take some clove oil in cotton, squeeze the excess and apply on the affected tooth. This might give temporary relief to her but the underlying cause of toothache needs to be addressed.

Start with warm gargle + rinse combined with salt (5 times a day) .also, start with a chlorhexidine mouthwash .the most conservative treatment for people with erupting wisdom teeth issues.

can you please mention which painkillers you took for tooth pain?
For tooth pain, visit your dentist, get an x-ray, if the tooth can be restored and not deep, get a filling on the tooth and, if it is deep then you must get a root canal if you want to save the tooth.

Hello yes aldijesic have aceclofenac. It is not recommended for use during breast-feeding unless considered very essential by your doctor.
Instead, take crocin 500 mg, two times a day, or whenever you have pain.
Also, visit the dentist. Because until n unless your tooth is not opened the pain will not subside.
Though medication will help in pain relief but not for a very long time.
