Start with warm gargle + rinse combined with salt (5 times a day) .also, start with a chlorhexidine mouthwash .the most conservative treatment for people with erupting wisdom teeth issues. Fyi, wisdom teeth eruption is a continuous process in most patients between the age of 25-38 years. If the situation doesn't settle in 2 days, visit a local dentist for medication prescription.
