You can have protinex. It is rich in protein(85%), carbohydrate, fat, mineral(15%). It can be used as a protein supplement if you have protein deficiency

If you are having cyst then it can only be operated and removed. There is no other treatment for cyst.

Large size hernia in scrotal sac means grade 3 inguinal hernia. It needs operative repair of the inguinal ring with reinforcement procedure called hernioplasty.
