Hi Diksha.
You are suffering with low back pain which radiated to leg, few exercises to reduce the pain.
Exercise's to reduce LBA
1. Lower tummy strengthening.
2. Deep abdominal strengthening.
3. Bridge.
4. Pelvis tilt.
5. Lower back stretch.
6. Leg stretch.
7. Piriformis stretch.
Also if pissible EMS will help in reducing pain and traction of lumbar provides quick relief if pain is severe.

Management of acute symptoms
rest and support- with acute joint symptoms, a lumbar corset may be helpful to provide rest to inflamed facet joints. When acute symptoms decrease, discontinue corset by gradually increasing the time without the corset. Often the most comfortable position is flexion, esp. Don't worry hcq is not known to cause severe psychological problems. However drug interactions with other medications can be causing problems. I would like to know the list of medications she is taking, how well controlled her ankylosing spondylitis is and her present complaints to help you better.

Ur problem can be because of less sleep. Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it.
U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning.
Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. ...more

Your condition is clear to me. After thr need physiotherapy. If it's not done then your problem like pain, swelling is not decrease as movement are not be able to achieve. Flowing post operative thr rehab protocol as your needs. Don't be try to walk. Consultant you're doctor over the phone. They will be guide you. Best of luck. Thanks you.
