Burning sensation on right side from top to feet. Mri scan of lumbosacral spine mild scoliosis with convexity to left degenerative disc disease at l4-5 and l5-s1 levels. Diffuse disc bulges at l4-5 and l5-s1 levels with mild compression of bilateral existing roots.

Hi Diksha. You are suffering with low back pain which radiated to leg, few exercises to reduce the pain. Exercise's to reduce LBA 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch. Also if pissible EMS will help in reducing pain and traction of lumbar provides quick relief if pain is severe.
