Hello sir the reports of mine says loss of normal lumbar lordosis the l5 vertebra is sacralized with rudimentary l5/s1 disc. Multiple erosions are noted from l2 to s1 verterba and ala and body on sacrum appears hyper intense on stir images no soft tissues component is noted however mild soft tissue anterior is noted right to sacro iliac joint area of fatty marrow are noted at vertebral bodies at multiple levels the intervertebral disc are mildly dedicated. Mild postical and right forminal building of l3/l4 disc is seen intending thecal sac and both l4 nerves root. Might diffuse posterior and right forminal building of l4/ l5 is seen intending thecal sac and both l4 nerves root. Scout images reveal area of erosions and subtle marrow oedema in some of the upper dorsal vertebrae. Thank you.
