You need to have enough supplements
you can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets.

Ureteric stones are painful and should b out as soon as possible otherwise this can affect kidney. Size of the stone is not very big so take plenty of fluids and should come out. Otherwise meet with urologist as soon as possible.
