Dear lybrate-user Hi. As of Now you know the nature of your condition through your doc. As a Physiotherapist, My suggestion we can slow down the severity of contractures and joint problems by doing some special flexibility Exercises to Maintain good joint and Muscle and spine and also we can limit the contractures etc. Please Consult a Physiotherapist. He can specially design a exercise protocol for you. Take Care
