Once your condition is stable, ypu can slowly intake 50 ml of milk and then see if your body is tolerating Unstil your stable avoid citrus fruits, tamarind, vinegar, carbonated beverages, tea, coffee, etc Have a bland diet, avoid excessive seasoning, junk foods, processed foods.
