If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. •rest. Avoid doing things that require you to bend at the hip or put a lot of pressure on the hip. Avoid sleeping on the side of your hip that is painful and sitting for long periods of time

Regards Lybrate user. The findings in t2 image of mri sequences need to be clinically correlated. The specification of hyperintense lesion, simply means there is more fluids in that area. Fluids tend to appear bright white in t2 images of mri. The findings need to be discussed with the radiologist (doctor who specializes in investigative findings like x-ray, mri, ultrasound etc) and your doctor who recommended the mri. This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. You have to go for traction and also you can do ift. It is common to get disc degeneration and nerve compression. You need to take proper medicine by consulting ortho doc or neurologist.
Also can visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ift+us for 3 weeks, after a week of sessions you will be suggested with exercises which needs to be done for a 3 months.

No need for surgery unless you have weakness of toe muscles , consult a nearby physio and have the session atleast 15 days. follow the exercises, electrotherapy. It will resolves.
