It is common to get disc degeneration and nerve compression. You need to take proper medicine by consulting ortho doc or neurologist. Also can visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ift+us for 3 weeks, after a week of sessions you will be suggested with exercises which needs to be done for a 3 months. Maintain proper posture, avoid sitting or lying on floor, do not lift objects/items bending you spine. These precautions must be taken to help reduce disc and healing of nerve compression.
