I'm 25 years old Dr. and have disc herniation. Dimensions l5- 11. 6 mm s1-6.7 mm with nerve compression I rest for 2 months and took medication n was improving but suddenly after 3 months I am again on bed can't even lift my pelvic area it's too painful. How much time will be needed to recover? Will I need surgery?

No need for surgery unless you have weakness of toe muscles , consult a nearby physio and have the session atleast 15 days. follow the exercises, electrotherapy. It will resolves. check your vitamin D levels and maintain proper adequate hydration.
