Hello doc! I am 32 years old male. I recently suffered a c3-4, c 6-7.cervical disc herniation. There was no trauma involved. I just woke up with a pain/numb right arm 2 weeks before .i am much better now. How long should I wait to get back to sports? Also shall I have to limit intensity level of my outdoor activities like sprints, high jumping etc?
