No, you need to do a lot of changes in your schedule
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

I need a diet chart to maintain for gym and I need something that gives more energy for daily tasks.

-have dinner early and keep it light.
-avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar.
-use smaller plates to eat.
-get enough sleep.

Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. You can go for walks.

1st you should avoid junk food and more oily food. and drink 1 glass of warm water in the morning empty stpmach than after 1 hr of it u can take breakfast like poha/ upma/. after 2 hrs of this u can take salad or 1 fruit. than in lunch u can take 2 chapatis and sbji.and dal. With butter milk without cream. and after that around 4 to 5 pm take light snakes like mamra and than eat dinner around 7 pm. in which u can take plate of daliya or pulav, or any light dish.

Hello! include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass. Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily. Do 30 minutes of exercise daily
