Increase the amount of soluble fiber containing foods like barley, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, peas in diet. Take whole grain cereals. Drink 1.5 - 2 l liters of water per day. You can take psyllium supplements.

Sir, this is unlikely to be due to the change in oil. In any case, constipation can be controlled by including more fiber in the diet, having enough liquids, and being physically active. Moreover, its better to include different oils in the diet for better nutrition.

Better not to use. Constipation can be handled with high fibre diet, physical activity and liquids. If problem is persistent, consider switching iron tablets for a different formulation.
