Tmj pain what is the history? Any trauma or Injury to the joint either or due to functional or any other has to be ruled out.
You must take a CT scan preferably in mouth open and closed positions.
Temporarily you may take a NSAID pain killer and it will relieve your inflammation too.
A topical fomentation can be tried.
Have soft diet. Use the other side for chewing. Support the lower jaw with your hand under when yawning.

Yes you should dilute the mouth water with water and rinse because long term use of concentrated mouth wash will cause discolouration of the teeth.

Teeth getting out means teeth falling. Technically there is nothing called teeth bonding. You have to maintain a good oral hygiene and gum health. Also check your blood sugar levels are under control. Yes splinting can be tried but patient selection is important. Not every patient is a good candidate for this.
