Do regular walking. N incude abdomen exercises for flat tummy. U can hav detoxifying water which is prepared by soaking a piece of ginger cucumber n some mint leaves with a slice of lemon in a glass of water overnight. Next day in the early moring with empty stomach. Drink that water. It provides you better n quick results.

lybrate-user it can be of many reasons. Some have such stature. It can be a result of desk jobs. It can also be bcz of irregular timings of your food intake or improper digestion. You can do excersise regularly atleast 4 days a week. And try to have food regular timing. Do not skip your food.
