Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy produts, seafood,chicken, fish etc), reduced carbohydrates (white, rice,poha etc) & healthy fats (walnuts, almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. To increase your weight: 1. Add fruits and aanwla to your diet to increase vit c which will increase your appetite 2. Rice and potatoes increase weight but recommended for short term only 3. Take some multivitamin 4. Keep walking in morning as regular exercise AND
