it is good that your blood pressure is normal throughout the day tthe fact that at night the diastolic is reaching 90 is cause for concern. However, at this stage, medication may not be required. You can try lifestyle modifications-diet, meditation and exercise for 3 months and see if your blood pressure is regulated. Do contact if you need help with that.

First of all, this condition is most likely not normal. Difference between two arms upto 10 mmhg is tolerable, and even 20 mmhg according to some studies. But in your case difference is significant to raise a concern. It might be due to peripheral artery disease or some other arterial diseases. But diagnosis can't be made without some important tests. The blood pressure naturally increases during winter.
Because in winter there is generalised vasoconstrictions of blood vessels.
Further there is body inactivity compared to summer.
Food intake also increases during winter.

The tablet which suits you n your bp is maintained is good for you.
Only tab heardly work you have to control your diet, change lifestyle, add excercise simplest is brick walk 40 min, five days a week.
Listen every tablet have some or more side effects, so you can't change every medicine two months or so.
