My bp is normal throughout the day but it's consistently 120/90 (high diastolic pressure) at night around 10 pm. Should I worry about the same.

Dear lybrate-user it is good that your blood pressure is normal throughout the day tthe fact that at night the diastolic is reaching 90 is cause for concern. However, at this stage, medication may not be required. You can try lifestyle modifications-diet, meditation and exercise for 3 months and see if your blood pressure is regulated. Do contact if you need help with that. Take care.
