It's known as steatorrhea. Caused due to intake of higher fat diets which leads to higher amount of fat in stools. Not to worry about if you are not facing any indigestion, bloating,gas etc.

Our body is designed to work in circadian rhythm. When we disrupt this natural process, problems occur. Since you are working in night shifts. You are not getting enough sunlight exposure on skin as you sleep during day.
