I am 22 years old and I have eaten rice, roti, and bread without any issues, so I do not have any problem consuming gluten. However, for the past few days, I have noticed some white foam-like bubbles around my poop, and some float while others sink. My poop consistency is not solid, but rather semi-solid and soft, and I have been passing gas frequently. I started taking peanut butter on january 31st to gain weight. No bloating stomach.
