It's known as steatorrhea. Caused due to intake of higher fat diets which leads to higher amount of fat in stools. Not to worry about if you are not facing any indigestion, bloating,gas etc.

Take small meals. Avoid fatty food. Elevate the head end of bed. Take meals 3 hours before going to bed. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins/week).
