The fact that you are having a lack of energy after going to the gym means there is" muscle loss and not fat loss" Concentrate on fat loss and not muscle loss by following the right diet plan along with the right exercise. What is your age. When did you start exercising n for how many times a week n for how long. What is your Hb level. U need to do CBC N thyroid profile from lab. In meanwhile do this
1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.more

Say no to following ;-
cabbage
broccoli
radish
mustard
turnip
soya
