Chickpeas are quite nutritious food. Give energy approximately 270 calories for 100 g. Plus plenty of vitamins, minerals like iron, copper, manganese, phosphorous, zinc plus also provide fat and proteins. Supposed to be beneficial for every one. There is no definite evidence to say help in diabetes and/or high BP. Thanks.

Hi Lybrate user, can you explain the range of calcitonin and pth?
You can have milk, cheese, yogurt, soyabean, lentils
Chickpeas, beans, Avoid amoking and alcohol
Regular exercise
Add nuts and seeds
Restrict the amount of salt
Soak almonds in water overnight and morning add milk to it and rake this on your empty stomach.
