Hi - while medicines help, please request your psychiatrist to put you into counseling sessions so you can get more help in terms of managing the triggers (situations or people that create anxiety) etc. Remember medicines are just chemicals and have waning effect but once you make up your psyche to face the situations or people - you can with the help of meds gain strength and reduce/stop meds too. Hi, please take her to a counsellor or let the counsellor do a home visit as a guest and treat her by counselling her. Here are a few tips that will help you:-
exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism.
Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast.

U need to describe your symptoms because of which you think you can have heart attack. Or you can go for proper checkup to rule out any heart problem. Also do annual body checkups to find out problem in advance. Do some sort of exercise daily n do live an active life. Consult online for further details.
