Hello-
Sorry to say but you are in deep trouble. Germ cell tumors, which are the most common, are classified histologically as either seminoma or nonseminoma. Of the three main types of testicular cancer, nonseminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCTs) are second only to seminomas in terms of frequency. A small percentage are sex cord/stromal tumors.

Hey there, if the white lesions are present in the region of the crowns you got, then it can be due to friction of the crown with the cheek mucosa. Treatment will include removal of tye crowns only if the white lesions cause any pain, peel off or get red patches.
No treatment required at the moment.
It would be great if you send photos of cheek and crowns.
For any further query, kindly use my doctor code gm2c5d.

My question is related to urologist. On 10th June, 2017 I got a USG done for whole abdomen. In USG report a lesion of 6 x 6 mm was seen on the wall of my urinary bladder. I got a CT -Scan done after 7 days to ensure this but in the CT-Scan the urinary bladder was clear as no lesion could be found. There after I had to go for 3 USGs in between a year for my digestion problem in all the USGs report "No lesion was seen. Unfortunately only on 10th July, 2018 I had to go for a USG for whole abdomen where the Lesion was found but its size was described to only 5.8 x 4.9 mm (less than the earlier one found a year back). My question is this as to why this lesion could not be seen during other USGs and CT Scan conducted after the first USG and secondly as per latest report it is diminishing in size. I don't have any urine problem of any sort all my reports of urine are also clear. So under the circumstances do I have any need of cystoscopy to remove this small lesion or may I wait and watch to check its growth to take a decision for going to cystoscopy? Please advice. Thanks.

USG is operator dependent meaning its results are dependent on the skill of the operator. CT is not an ideal investigation for soft tissue pathology. MRI is more appropriate for soft tissue pathology. Get a cystoscopy done to settle the question once and for all.
